CERTIFICATION
It’s in Carlevari’s nature to “do organic” properly. Since 2002, the company has undergone monitoring of organic farming product processing by recognised certification organisations who have issued conformity certification guaranteeing that the company
operates according to EC Regulation No. 834/07 and EC Regulation No. 889/08 and in compliance with Italian law DM 2209/95.
CSICERT
Carlevari has brought its premises and organisation in line with the HACCP system. In 2001 it obtained UNI EN ISO 9002:1994 certification issued by CSICERT and organic products certification from I.C.E.A. In 2003 the company was brought in line with UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 updated now to UNI EN ISO 9001:2015.
Q CERTIFICAZIONI
Q Certificazioni is an external consortium which deals with controls on organic farming produce in line with EC Regulation No. 834/07 and EC Regulation No. 889/08 and in compliance with Italian law DM 2209/95. The consortium certified Carlevari for processing and selling of organic products, as well as authorising printing of labels for fruit and veg products.
