In order to unequivocally identify the goods, we have set up an extremely strict internal purchasing procedure – all necessary data are recorded from supplier order confirmation, along the entire goods supply chain until they reach the end consumer.
All data relating to the batch of goods purchased are present on the order confirmation, which has the column “batch” with an ID number, printed on the label.
The goods are therefore labelled on arrival, in order to be identified and rendered traceable at all times, from order processing to delivery.
In this way every customer can always communicate anomalies encountered in goods received.
